In the event of a disaster, safe drinking water is the most essential requirement for preserving life.
Our self-contained, mobile, emergency water treatment systems (WTSs) have been used during crisis situations the world over: for example, during Hurricane Katrina in the USA, the devastating earthquake in Haiti, and the tsunami disaster in Tacloban, Philippines.
The units are supplied complete with diesel generator, feed pump, strainer, hoses and emergency water tanks. They are ready to run unattended at the touch of a button. They treat seawater, brackish water, and contaminated water, producing pure, safe, healthy drinking water that is pH adjusted and re-mineralized.
The system was designed in conjunction with NASA, the US Navy and other US Government agencies for the highest efficiency and reliability. It is installed in a standard ISO 20 foot high-cube container for ease of movement and operation. It has very low running costs and a design life of 20 years.
